Tertiary Support Services are funded directly to the tertiary provider, and do not impact on the community pain service budget. They are flexible to the needs of the community provider, and can include written advice, video meetings with the key worker or other clinicians, and attending case conferences.

To access the Tertiary Support Services, please complete the request form and send to tertiarysupport@australismedical.com.  The request will be triaged by a member of our team, and further arrangements made.
